What is Ascend?
An AI for growing on Instagram. It watches and studies viral Reels all day, shows you what’s working in your niche every day, and answers your questions with real Reels you can watch.
Can a real person still grow my account?
Yes. It’s called the Growth Plan, and it comes with the Growth and Viral plans. A growth assistant works on your account from a dedicated phone, never your device. More about the Growth Plan.
How many followers will I get?
We can’t promise a number. As a rough guide, a growth assistant can help you gain about 2 to 10 targeted followers an hour. More on this.
How much does Ascend cost?
There’s a Free plan. Solo is $50 a month. Growth is $150 a month. Viral is $300 a month. See pricing.
Where do I log in?
At app.ascend.so, with your email. We send you a six-digit code, so there’s no password. Ascend Viral members log in there too.
How do I cancel?
In the app, open Settings, go to Membership, then Manage Membership. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to Free. Step by step.
How do I contact support?
Email support@ascendviral.com. On the Growth and Viral plans, you can also message your growth team from Messages in the app.
