Please don’t send your Instagram password or security codes by email.
Messages in the app
On Growth and Viral, Messages is where you talk to your growth team. They’re real people, and they typically reply on business days. You can attach files up to 10 MB.
On Free and Solo, messaging the growth team isn’t included. Email us instead.
