Hello!
Ascend Viral provides Instagram growth services that are compliant with Instagram’s terms of service. However, it is important to understand that by using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions related to third-party platforms and potential risks associated with using Instagram.
Independence from Third-Party Platforms
Ascend Viral is an independent digital marketing agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, or any other third-party platforms. Our service operates independently, and we do not have control over Instagram’s policies or enforcement of their terms.
No Control Over Instagram Actions
While Ascend Viral ensures that all of our growth strategies comply with Instagram’s terms of service, we cannot guarantee that Instagram will not take action against your account. Instagram reserves the right to take actions such as:
- Account suspension or termination
- Shadowbanning
- Restrictions on account activity
- Reducing visibility of content
These actions can occur even when the account holder follows all of Instagram’s policies and uses ethical services, including ours.
Acceptance of Risk
By using Ascend Viral’s services, you acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks associated with using third-party services on Instagram. You accept full responsibility for any actions Instagram may take against your account, and you understand that Ascend Viral cannot prevent or predict such actions.
Limitation of Liability
Ascend Viral will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from Instagram’s actions, including but not limited to:
- Loss of followers or engagement
- Loss of revenue or business opportunities
- Account suspension or permanent termination
You agree that Ascend Viral cannot be held responsible for any penalties or actions taken by Instagram as a result of your account’s activity while using our service.
No Guarantees
Ascend Viral does not guarantee specific results, such as a particular number of followers, likes, or engagement metrics. While we strive to provide effective growth strategies, Instagram’s algorithm and enforcement of their terms of service are factors beyond our control, and we cannot make promises regarding their outcomes.
Compliance with Instagram’s Terms of Service
Ascend Viral commits to using manual and ethical growth techniques in compliance with Instagram’s terms of service. However, Instagram reserves the right to modify its terms of service at any time, and we cannot predict or prevent changes that may impact your account.
We encourage all users to review Instagram’s terms of service regularly to stay informed about platform policies and compliance requirements.
Use of Service at Your Own Risk
By using Ascend Viral’s services, you agree to do so at your own risk. You acknowledge that Ascend Viral provides services aimed at growing your Instagram account, but we are not responsible for any negative outcomes that may occur due to Instagram’s policies or platform actions.
