Are the followers from the Growth Plan real?
Yes. The Growth Plan doesn’t add followers to your account. Your assistant engages with real people in the audience you choose, and the ones who like what they see follow you back on their own.

Where they come from
Your assistant follows people who follow accounts like yours or use your hashtags. Most people check out a profile that follows them, and those who like your content follow you back.
The Activity page shows how many did, for each source account.
Will they stay if I cancel?
Yes. The people you gain are real, and they followed you themselves. Cancelling doesn’t remove them. Like any follower, they can still choose to unfollow later.
Will they engage?
That comes down to your Reels. Your content is what keeps new followers watching. Post things they care about, and they’re more likely to stick around.
