Is Ascend safe for my Instagram account?

The AI

• Ascend never asks for your Instagram password for the AI.
• It reads public profiles and public Reels only.
• Linking your Instagram by DM only tells us which account sent the code.

The Growth Plan

• Your assistant works from a dedicated phone, never your device.
• The phone is set to the login location you choose, so Instagram sees a login from your area.
• You log in to Instagram yourself, on that phone.
• Your assistant works inside daily limits, and you set the most people they can follow.
• You can pause or stop any time from the Growth page.

Instagram sets its own rules, so no one can promise an account will never be limited.

Keep your account safe

• Don’t use another Instagram growth service at the same time. Two services working on one account means more activity, and that can trigger Instagram’s spam checks.
• Don’t do lots of the same action in a short time yourself, like following or liking hundreds of accounts in an hour.
• Never share your password or security codes in a chat or an email, including with us.

Is Ascend part of Instagram?
