Once you’ve added your niche, Daily Inspiration shows the top Reels in it. It refreshes every day.
Chat answers usually take about a minute. Deep research can take a few minutes.
Ascend also starts checking your own account the day you sign up, so your follower growth chart fills in from then.
With the Growth Plan
Your assistant starts once you’ve finished setup and connected your Instagram on their dedicated phone. Growth activity starts within 24 to 48 hours after that. How setup works.
From there, look at it week by week. As a rough guide, your assistant can help you gain about 2 to 10 targeted followers for each hour they work. See the estimate by plan.
Results vary, because every account is different. Content quality, engagement and how interested your audience is all play a big part.
The Activity page shows your daily follows and unfollows, and who followed back, over 7, 30 or 90 days.
Pausing and stopping
If you pause, it can take up to 24 hours for activity to begin again after you resume.
If you stop, your assistant is logged out of the device. It can take 24 to 72 hours for activity to begin again if you start later. More on pausing and stopping.
