What is Daily Inspiration?
Daily Inspiration is the row of top Reels in your niche on your Home page. It refreshes every day, and Reels you’ve already seen move to the back, so there’s usually something new.

What’s in it

Watch them in Scroll Mode
Tap a Reel to open Scroll Mode. It plays Reels full screen, one after another. On a computer, the creator, the sound, the caption and the transcript sit beside each Reel.
Each Reel also shows what it’s about, its hook, and why viewers stay. Ask about it in the box underneath.
More like this and Similar hooks take you to Discover, with Reels like the one you’re watching.
Change your niche
Daily Inspiration follows the niche on your account. Change it in Settings, under Profile. Your Home page updates in about a minute.
Trending creators
Your Home page also shows Trending Creators from your niche. Open one to see their profile, their Reels, their follower growth over 7, 30 or 90 days, and similar creators.
Does it use credits?
No. Browsing Daily Inspiration and Scroll Mode is free on every plan. Asking the chat about a Reel uses credits.
