Is Ascend’s Instagram analytics free?
You can start on the Free plan, and your growth chart, creator pages and Discover for your own niche don’t use credits. Free tracks your own account for 60 days. On a paid plan, tracking keeps going for as long as your plan runs.
How often do the numbers update?
Every night. Ascend checks public profiles once a day, so today’s changes show up tomorrow.
Do I have to give Ascend my Instagram password?
No. Ascend works from public Instagram data. On Free, you confirm your account with a quick DM code. Only the Growth Plan needs your password, so your growth assistant can sign in.
Can I see how other accounts are growing?
Yes. Open any creator or brand in Ascend to see their follower growth, their Reels and the accounts like them.
Can I keep my account out of Ascend’s rankings?
Yes. Turn on “Hide me from discovery” in Settings. It works once your Instagram is linked with the DM code. Your account and its Reels are left out of Ascend’s public rankings, and people can still find you directly.
